St. Patrick's Day 1999
Our 18th St. Patrick's Day celebration was held on Wednesday, March 17. Over a thousand people attended the festivities. Entertainment was provided by  Steve Kritzer and his strolling musicians, Irish and Scottish dancers from Mary Turco's Dance School, and of course, the Cruise Tones (who have become our house band) played rock and roll until midnight.

200 pounds of roast pig  300 pounds of pork roast  400 pounds of corned beef  250 pounds of cabbage  4500 oysters  150 pounds of mussels and clams  90 pounds of ahi tuna  500 pounds of chicken  120 pounds of chicken wings  560 pounds of ribs  150 pounds of shepherd's pie  28 whole deep fried turkeys  100 pounds of hot links  150 pounds of italian sausage  400 pounds of potato salad  100 pounds of cole slaw  175 loaves of sourdough garlic bread  500 pounds of french fries  150 pounds of calamari  28 gallons of margaritas 78 kegs of beer!!  Once again, there were no problems. We thank all of you and all the volunteers and employees from George, the bulldog at the gate, to the shuckers and jivers at the food lines. Slainte.
